Our bangles are not handmade. We carefully source each piece from trusted designers in Korea, known for their exceptional craftsmanship and modern style. Every bangle is premium gold-plated, offering the perfect blend of elegance, quality, and lasting shine.

We use high-quality 18K gold plating to give every piece a luxurious shine and lasting finish. Our jewelry is designed to look elegant, feel comfortable, and stay beautiful wear after wear.

Most of our jewelry pieces feature synthetic gemstones, sourced for their vibrant color and flawless finish. However, for certain gifting items like crystal pyramids or energy stones, we use authentic natural gemstones. You can always check with us for details on specific pieces!
At the moment, we don’t offer custom bangle designs, but we’re working on adding this option soon! Stay tuned — you’ll soon be able to create a piece that’s uniquely yours.

For domestic orders within India, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. For international orders, it can take 10–20 business days depending on customs clearance and local postal services. You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking link once your order is shipped so you can follow its journey.

Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check your delivery status at any time. If you need help tracking your order, our support team is always available to assist you.

We want you to love your jewelry! If, for any reason, you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return non-customized items within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange as per your preference.

Since custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless there’s a manufacturing defect or an error on our part. However, we take great care to ensure that your custom order matches your expectations perfectly before shipment.

We pack every order carefully, but if your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. Send clear photos of the damage to our customer care team, and we’ll promptly arrange a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
